"Terrible Scooter Commuting App"
This is the most disappointing scooter commuting app out there. It's a total scam, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. They’re just a bunch of scammers. I’m done with this app for good, and I’ll make sure to warn everyone to steer clear of it. They’re nothing but thieves.

"What's Going On with Lime in LA?"
What’s up with Lime in LA? It was already tough living in a no-parking area, making me trek three blocks just to find a scooter, but now they’ve added no-ride zones. Today, I rented one and needed to make a quick stop at my place, but the scooter just quit on me, claiming I was in a no-ride zone. I had to drag the scooter back. I requested a refund and I'm done with this app.

"Absolutely terrible experience."
This has been a really disappointing experience.
1) Getting the scooter unlocked takes forever and the fees are way too high (other companies don’t charge like this).
2) I’ve encountered a bunch of scooters that don’t work (around 10% based on my usage).
3) Had a hard time logging in with my phone number. That issue dragged on for about a week, and the tech support was a hassle and super slow.
4) There are times when the scooter just stops working while you’re riding it (like, it just halts).

I wouldn’t recommend Lime at all, since there always seems to be some kind of issue. Other options out there are way better for a lot of reasons.

"Awful experience with Lime app and support"
I rely on scooters for my daily trips around London, and honestly, Lime has been the worst. Some days, you head to your usual parking area only to find they've switched it up on you. They often make you trek way too far from where you need to be since there are just too many Lime scooters hanging around, and of course, you still have to cough up cash for the ride. Even the Santander bike app can let you know in advance if there's enough space to park. The map is pretty much useless since it doesn't help you figure out where you can actually go. There are plenty of better options out there; I’m done with this one.

"Terrible Company! Total Scammers"
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! It should honestly be against the law. You can't find a spot to park it anywhere, and you waste so much time searching for a place. Their app is super glitchy; you end up shelling out 25-30€ just for the time spent looking for parking! Seriously, try other apps; they work way better! Never doing this again! I really hope I can get some of my cash back after this.

"Lime e-bikes - a total letdown"
These bikes are a complete joke - if they can be so easily compromised and used for free by folks (let's be real - mainly troublesome teens) who leave them all over the place, the entire, absurd operation ought to be shut down right away, across London.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!"
THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY CROOKS, VERY DISHONEST, STAY AWAY! To make a long story short, a rider caused $3000 worth of damage, and Lime is flat-out refusing to cover it, even though it wasn’t my fault. The bike had a faulty brake, and honestly, this whole situation has been a disaster from the get-go. I’ve spent so much time on this and ended up getting nowhere. The risk of using these bikes just ain't worth it. How can a rider crash into a parked car with a defective bike, and the company just turns a blind eye to the damage? It’s ridiculous! STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, BOYCOTT THESE JOKERS!

"Bikes in the Heart of London"
In the heart of London, these bicycles have turned into a total headache. They're left lying around all over the place, but the worst part is how easily they get pinched. When they do get stolen, they make this super loud clicking sound. It's like they're getting swiped all the time, so this annoying noise is blaring everywhere, day and night, and the company ain't doing a thing to fix it.

"Total Scam"
My girlfriend and I took a couple of lime bikes in Milton Keynes today. I was shocked when we wrapped up after 1 hour and 14 minutes and found out they hit us with a £35 charge, what a complete ripoff. Plus, the electric bikes didn’t even function right. Seriously, steer clear of these!

In Belgium, we lack electric bikes, only scooters are available, and they surprisingly perform well compared to those other awful electric scooters that seem to rip you off on every ride. I've been using Lime for nearly a year now and haven't faced any issues with the app, nor have I lost any money like with other scooter services. I swear, I’m not affiliated with them, just sharing my honest experience. They’re truly a reliable company. I usually pay 6 bucks for an hour, and it does exactly what I need. Not sure what the other folks are dealing with to leave such bad reviews, but everything's been smooth sailing for me 🤷‍♂️ 5⭐

"Awful experience"
Awful experience. None of the scooters or bikes function, and if you want a refund, you gotta deal with your bank since there's no one to reach out to at Lime. Total waste of time. Avoid this company.

"Ridiculously Priced Bikes"
First off, I gotta say the bikes are really great. They’re super fast and a nice ride, especially considering how light they are. But man, charging 23p a minute? That’s just plain absurd. Back in 2019, it was only 15p. The cost of rides is way too high and honestly, not worth it at all. If I wanna bike to my buddy's place that's just 7 minutes away, I’m looking at a £1 starting fee plus £1.61 for the ride. That’s £2.61 for a short trip on what’s often a pretty worn-out bike. And don’t even get me started on the buggy app that takes ages—20 to 30 seconds—to wrap up the ride, which could end up costing me more. It’s just not worth it; I could take a bus across London for way less. I’ve stopped using it since my free trial ended (which got rid of the booking fee), and I won’t be back. If you dropped the booking fee for everyone, I bet you’d see more folks using the service. But seriously, 23p a minute is just way too steep.

"Fed up with having to actually..."
I'm so fed up with having to actually toss these bikes aside, the guy left them in the street today!!!! Seriously, are you joking? I had to step out into the road to shift a bike; they’re blocking everything. I'm gonna complain to the mayor of London again.
